Amiracle Holmes (Elite)
Amiracle Holmes is a proud first-generation college student, an Elite Leader Scholarship Award winner, and a graduate of the Clarey Walker Foundation Leadership Academy. She’ll be starting her journey at Valencia College in Orlando, Florida, pursuing her A.S. Degree in Culinary Management as part of a 2+2 program.

After completing her first two years at Valencia, she plans to transfer to the University of Central Florida to earn her Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management.
Amiracle has a deep passion for the culinary arts, fostered in the Eastside High School Institute of Culinary Arts under the mentorship of Chef Vaughn and Chef Bedford. Through this program, she developed skills that go beyond recipes, such as discipline, creativity, and precision. After finishing her “formal” academic training, Amiracle dreams of attending a seven-week elite training program in Las Vegas, where she’ll study baking, pastry, and chocolateries under renowned chocolatier and YouTuber Amaury Guichon. It’s a big goal, but she’s more than ready to chase it.
Outside the kitchen, she enjoys soccer, reading, writing, and sleeping—yes, rest is important too! She plans to play on Valencia’s intercollegiate soccer team and hopes to eventually join the Orlando Pride once she transfers to UCF.
Eastside High School and the CWF Leadership Academy gave me more than an education—it gave me confidence, resilience, and a sense of belonging. I’ll carry that with me as I move forward, building a
future that blends my love for culinary arts, leadership, and
community.”
