Our Team

We are led by a Board of Directors committed to the Foundation's mission and values.

The Foundation Board is composed of 7 voting members. Board members serve a two-year term, renewable up to three terms (six years). Directors are professional women and men who share a commitment to developing the next generation of leaders. Each is willing to invest their time, talent, and resources to positively impact the community and workforce by developing transformational leaders at the high school level, and understanding the positive impact it will have on the community.

The Foundation Board Members set policies, manage the Foundation’s governance, and screen The Leadership Academy, Clarey Walker Leadership Scholarship, and Elite Leaders Scholarship applicants.
